Agathe assists our clients with all aspects of employment law. She also works regularly with our clients’ HR teams to assist with GDPR compliance when processing employees’ personal data.

In addition to her expertise in drafting HR documents (data protection notices, IT charter, employment contract), Agathe advises on negotiations with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as well as in respect of employment litigation.
