A lawyer since 2009, Audrey LAFON joined Altij the same year, before becoming a partner in 2019. She has a strong litigation practice, representing the firm’s clients before the French employment tribunals and also provides expert, targeted employment law advice on drafting and negotiating both individual employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements; relations with unions and works councils; individual terminations and collective redundancy situations. She also advises clients on relations with the French work inspectorate, employee lending and secondments and employer criminal liability; She works closely with our corporate team in due diligence exercises on target companies and drafting warranties and indemnities in M&A transactions.

Audrey lectures at the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, both in the framework of DU and Master 2 degrees.
