A lawyer since 1995, Frédéric joined Altij in 2002, where he became a partner in 2006. He is director of the Real Estate and co-director of the Civil Law litigation department, where he specialises in construction litigation.

He has also developed significant expertise in the area of commercial leases (drafting and negotiation of leases, renewal procedure, termination procedure, litigation for the purpose of setting the renewed rent before the Commercial Rental Judge, litigation for the purpose of paying eviction compensation before the Tribunal de Grande Instance).

With his expertise in all aspects of French property law, Frederic also works regularly in the field of liquidation of patrimonial interests in the context of divorce and inheritance settlement proceedings.
