Employment and Labour, Member of the Toulouse Bar
A lawyer since 1991, Jean-Charles joined Altij’s renowned employment law practice in April 2021 and brings exceptional expertise and experience to our team. Jean-Charles advises clients on all their French employment and labour law questions, including collective and individual dispute resolution, relations with unions and works councils and drafting and negotiating collective bargaining agreements and executive employment contracts. He works closely with all of Altij’s departments to optimise our advice in areas such as M&A and corporate law.
A member of the regional office of the ACE (union of corporate counsel) and a former member of the Council of the Toulouse Bar Association, Jean-Charles lectures in employment law at the at Toulouse Capitole University, Ecole des Avocats Sud-Ouest Midi-Pyrénnées (Toulouse Bar School).
