Altij has advised a pool of financial investors including Crédit Agricole group through its entities Grand Sud Ouest Capital, SOFILARO and IDIA Capital Investissement, as well as BNP Paribas Développement et Multicroissance-Société de Capital Investissement de la Banque Populaire Occitane, on their investment in the Recaero Group.
Recaero is a leading actor in the manufacture of metal and composite spare parts, sub-assemblies and modification kits for the aerospace industry, with production sites in France and India.
The Altij transaction team, made up of Sylvain Favier, Nicholas Cullen, Matthieu Rouve and Aymeric Defossé, assisted the investors with due diligence and the legal and tax structuring of the investment.
