Altij’s Corporate/M&A, Tax, Employment/HR, Intellectual Property, Property and Litigation teams were involved in the vendor due diligence (VDD) phase of the Lauralu Group's secondary LBO.
Lauralu is a European leader in the design, manufacture and installation of modular buildings (hangars, warehouses, industrial storage), currently managing over 400,000 m² of infrastructure across Europe.
Following a competitive process, Eurazeo Infrastructure Partners acquired a majority stake in Lauralu with the support of Origine Partners and regional partners (Croissance Sud, Sofilaro and IRDI).
In this context, Altij advised the selling shareholders, notably Evolem Investissement, on the preparation of a vendor due diligence (VDD).
