Altij advised the sellers AJ Invest & Consulting, as well as Yotta Capital Partners, SofiOuest on the sale of the Recif Group, comprising Recif Technologies SAS (France), Recif Technologies USA and Recif Technologies Taiwan, to Accuron, a Singapore-based holding company for precision engineering and technology businesses.
