Altij had the privilege of advising Temelion - the AI platform enabling engineering teams to simplify building design - on its €3.2 million seed funding round.
The funding round was led by 360 Capital with participation from ISAI Build Venture, SE Ventures, and Kima Ventures. The transaction will enable Temelion to accelerate its market launch and strengthen its links with technical engineering firms. The Temelion platform simplifies complex building engineering processes using AI, by automating time-consuming tasks for engineers.
The Altij team, composed of Sylvain Favier and Nicholas Cullen, advised on the negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation as part of discussions with investors in France and the United States.
